LALITHA DEVARAJ – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ms. Lalitha Devaraj, born and raised in Coimbatore, is a distinguished Finance Professional with over 20 years of industry experience. A Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA) and an Associate Company Secretary (ACS), she has led finance and costing functions across engineering, textile, and electric vehicle sectors. Since joining AMPO Valves India Pvt. Ltd., a Spain-based MNC, in 2011 as Finance Manager, she now serves as the India Head. Her visionary leadership earned her the titles “India-MD of the Year 2025” and “Coimbatore-MD of the Year 2025.” A passionate educator, she teaches CA, CMA, and CS aspirants at Phoenix Academy, Coimbatore, specializing in Strategic Financial Management. Known for her dynamic teaching, she has mentored numerous successful professionals and continues to inspire future leaders.

B Anand Kumar – Team Head

B. Anand Kumar is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and Head of Anand Kumar B & Associates, specializing in Internal Audit and Strategic Cost Management. His deep involvement and expertise have made him a trusted consultant for many organizations. As the Team Head of PHOENIX ACADEMY, Coimbatore, he guides students pursuing CA, CMA, and CS courses at all levels. He also serves as a faculty member at Phoenix Academy, ICAI, and ICMAI Coimbatore. Fondly known as the “Master of Costing,” his unique teaching style has helped thousands of students excel in exams and their careers. With over 13 years of teaching experience, he has mentored numerous successful professionals and All-India Rank holders while earning several accolades for his contributions to education.
